O projeto era fazer com que a palavra Potterday consumisse o Twitter a partir de avatares, papéis de parede e até alcançar os Trending Topics. A data é especial para série pois além de ser o dia de Halloween, é também o dia em que os pais de Harry Potter foram assassinados por Lord Voldemort.

Segundo dados do Blablabra, o #Potterday assumiu a primeira posição como o assunto mais comentado no Brasil logo no início do movimento. O dia ainda não terminou, só precisamos agora esperar se o #potterday vai ou não alcançar o esperado Trending Topics.

The Potterday was a celebration that took place on October 31 2009 to mobilize one of the greatest virtual tools of the world: the Twitter.

The project was to get the word Potterday to achieve the Trending Topics. The date is special from being the Halloween and the day Harry Potter’s parents were murdered by Lord Voldemort.

According to Blablabra, the Potterday has gotten the first position as the most used word in Brasil since the beginning of the day. The day has not finished yet, we just need to wait to see if #potterday will achieve or not the so expected Trending Topics.
